What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Parcelforce UK to send all of our consumer orders and DPD for European Orders.
How long does delivery take?
Due to the Covid -19 Outbreak. All couriers have extendng their mormal stated delivery times. UK orders can usually be delivered between 2 -4 days and most European orders generally take between 4-6 working days to arrive.
How much is delivery?
We offer FREE Delivery on all UK Orders over £100 GBP.
Orders to Europe and other destinations will show the additional delivery fee at the checkout.
Can I track my item?
Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Do you deliver to my country?
We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland and the UK.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe payments to process credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard.
What currencies can I use?
We accept payment in GBP only.
What is your online returns policy?
We want you to be totally happy with your order and we want to ensure that your wine arrives in perfect condition.
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you do have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for items ordered within 14 days of purchasing from us.
If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within 14 days from the date of your order being delivered.
You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating you wish to return your order or part of your order.
However, please note, it is only possible to reimburse you the cost of delivery of items being returned to us if they were delivered a) in error or b) the items were damaged in transit.
The return delivery cost of items no longer wanted, must be paid for in total by you.
All products must be returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging.
All refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).
If an item is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, you have a 30-day right to reject the item which runs from the date of ordering,
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return your wine, please send an email to email@example.com stating you wish to return your order or part of your order.
We will then contact you to arrange the best way to return the wine to us.
Damaged and Broken Items
If I have Damaged or Broken Items ?
If your order clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, it should not be accepted. Please ask the courier to return the goods to us.

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as quickly as possible by contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We look to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can help resolve the issue for you.
In the very unlikely event of any damage please contact us immediately at email@example.com and include
a) As much information about the damage as possible.
- b) Please take photographs to attach to your email, clearly showing the detail of the damage or faulty items.
For safety, be very careful handling any broken glass and if possible, wear gloves.
Please carefully retain the product, shipping case and all packaging until instructed by our sales team on the next step to take. Ideally place into another cardboard box.
